These Website Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Poornima University, Jaipur (established under the Poornima University, Jaipur Act, 2012, Act No. 16 of 2012), and any user—including applicants, enrolled students, parents, guardians, alumni, or authorized third-party payees—who accesses, browses, or executes transactions via the primary portal poornima.edu.in or its associated subdomains, including ERP.
This document is published in accordance with the provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the rules framed thereunder. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require physical or digital signatures to establish its binding enforceability. By accessing the portal, registering an account, or submitting payment credentials, the user consents to be bound by these Terms and the associated Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the website and its online payment systems.
Use of the online payment and registration portal is restricted to individuals who possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Minor students wishing to execute financial transactions must do so through their parents or legally appointed guardians.
Users are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration or admission applications. The submission of falsified records, academic credentials, or unauthorized payment instruments will result in the immediate cancellation of admission, suspension of digital portal access, and the initiation of legal proceedings under the Indian Penal Code and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials (such as ERP portal logins) and transactional OTPs. The university is not liable for any unauthorized financial transactions or data exposure resulting from a user's failure to secure their credentials.
Poornima University incorporates a secure electronic payment framework to process fee collections. When a transaction is initiated on ERP, the transaction details are processed through the ERP database mapping systems and safely routed to Payment Gateway's checkout interface.
During checkout, an order is created in the merchant database, and a transaction token is generated via the PG Initiate Transaction API. Once bank authorization is completed, PG posts the transaction response containing the MID, TXNID, ORDERID, and BANKTXNID to the university's secure callback URL. The final status is confirmed via PG's server-to-server Transaction Status API before updating the student database on the ERP.
The user must ensure that their credit card limits, bank account balances, or wallet balances are sufficient to clear the installment amount due. In the event of a declined transaction or technical failure, users must verify their account status with their bank before attempting a retry.
If funds are debited from the user's account but the transaction fails to register on the university's ERP, the payment aggregator will process a reversal to the original payment source within five to seven business days. If a duplicate payment is executed, the student must submit Form S5 (Application for Refund of Excess Fees) to the Registrar through the Finance Officer to get a refund to the original payment source.
