Program Overview
A Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) program is an undergraduate degree focusing on the study and practice of architecture. It encompasses design principles, architectural theory, technical aspects, and practical application. B.Arch programs often emphasize creative thinking, problem-solving, and design skills essential for architectural practice. Students engage in studio work, where they learn to conceptualize, plan, and create architectural designs. The curriculum includes courses in building materials, construction techniques, history of architecture, and sustainable design. Upon completion, graduates can pursue careers as licensed architects or further specialize in specific areas of architecture through advanced studies or practice.
Duration- 5 Years Program
Eligibility
Pass in 10+2 with at least 45% marks in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry from CBSE or equivalent board or passed in 10+3 diploma with maths as compulsory subject including passed in NATA/ Jee paper 2 as per latest NATA guidelines.

For all eligible girl candidates enrolling in the 2026-27 academic session will receive an additional 5% scholarship in first year only.

Scholarship Award and Criteria
- The scholarship is granted based on the tuition fee
- Scholarships are determined based on the aggregate marks of the best five subjects.
- If the percentage has already been calculated by the board & mentioned on the marksheet, that will be considered and there will be no opportunity to recalculate using the best five subjects
- Awarded to 2025 & 2026 (10+2) pass-out students only
Eligibility and Restrictions
- Students with a compartment in 12th are ineligible for UG program scholarships, even with provisional admission
- Each student can receive only one scholarship at a time.
- No changes to scholarship category are allowed during the same or later years of the program
- It is not possible to change the type of scholarship/ category
Scholarship Continuation Criteria
- Continuation is based on the SGPA of the previous year (Theory Papers Only)
- Backlogs in the previous year lead to scholarship discontinuation for all upcoming years.
- Once discontinued, a scholarship will not be reinstated during the remaining duration of the program.

Key Notes:
Poornima University Gramin Shiksha Yojna:
- Scholarship covers tuition and development fees
- Adopted Gram Panchayats: Beelwa, Ashawala, Vidhani, Bari ka Bas, Shree Ram Ki Nangal, and Chandlai
- Maximum 5 students from each village based on the merit list
- Minimum 60% marks in 12th is required.
- Schooling must be from the same village
Scholarship Continuity:
- The type of scholarship or category cannot be changed in the future
- Students receive the same scholarship type in future years, meeting the requirements
- If a student is found to be involved in any disciplinary action, the scholarship will be discontinued with immediate effect.
