The Master of Technology (M.Tech) in Power System delves into the heart of electrical infrastructure and energy distribution. Pass with 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/ OBC/SBC) in bachelor's degree with B.E / B.Tech./ equivalent in relevant discipline from a recognized University.

For all eligible girl candidates enrolling in the 2026-27 academic session will receive an additional 5% scholarship in first year only.

Scholarship Award and Criteria
- Scholarship is provided exclusively for tuition fees.
- Evaluation encompasses the aggregate scores of all graduation years.
- Scholarship is awarded to those who have graduated in or after 2019.
- 50% scholarship on tuition fees for NCC 'C' Certificate holders for Post Graduate Programs
Eligibility and Restrictions
- Students with all backlogs cleared in the undergraduate degree are eligible for the scholarship.
- A student can avail only one scholarship at a time, and once opted, it cannot be changed or shifted in the same year or later years of the program.
- No alterations to the scholarship category are permitted during the same or subsequent years of the program.
- Those who are not eligible for the scholarship in the first year will also not be eligible in the second year.
Scholarship Continuation Criteria
- Scholarship eligibility is determined based on the CGPA of the previous academic year, considering theory papers only
- If a student has any backlog in the previous year, the SES Scholarship will be permanently discontinued, and the student will be required to pay the full applicable fee for the remaining years.
- Once a scholarship is discontinued, it cannot be reinstated for the remaining duration of the program.
- The Flat Fee model will remain applicable for the entire duration of the program.

This scholarship is strictly applicable to Armed Forces personnel and is not applicable to civilian job profiles. Submission of valid Defence Personnel proof is mandatory to claim this scholarship. Acceptable documents include a Dependent Card, Serving Certificate, or a copy of the Discharge Book. |

Effective from the employee’s date of joining in Poornima Group, JIET Group, and Medipulse Hospital. If the employee quits the services, this benefit will be discontinued for the upcoming course duration |

| Poornima University Gramin Shiksha Yojna( From Adopted Gram Panchayats of Poornima University - 5 Students / Gram Panchayat ) | 100% on Tuition & Development Fee | Scholarship is given on tuition and development both fees, Adopted Gram Panchayats are Beelwa, Ashawala, Vidhani, Bari ka Bas, Shree Ram Ki Nangal & Chandlai. Maximum 5 students from each Village as per the merit list with minimum 60% marks in 12th/ UG and did schooling from the same village. |

Scholarship Continuity:
- The type of scholarship or category cannot be changed in the future
- Students receive the same scholarship type in future years, meeting the requirements.
- If a student is found to be involved in any disciplinary action, the scholarship will be discontinued with immediate effect.
