Scholarship Award and Criteria

• Scholarship is provided exclusively for tuition fees.
• Evaluation encompasses the aggregate scores of all graduation years.
• Scholarship is awarded to those who have graduated in or after 2019.
• 50% scholarship on tuition fees for NCC 'C' Certificate holders for Post Graduate Programs.

Eligibility and Restrictions

• Students with all backlogs cleared in the undergraduate degree are eligible for the scholarship.
• A student can avail only one scholarship at a time, and once opted, it cannot be changed or shifted in the same year or later years of the program.
• No alterations to the scholarship category are permitted during the same or subsequent years of the program.
• Those who are not eligible for the scholarship in the first year will also not be eligible in the second year.

Scholarship Continuation Criteria

• Scholarship eligibility is determined based on the CGPA of the previous year, considering only theory papers.
• If there are any backlogs in the previous year, the SES scholarship will be discontinued permanently for all upcoming years, and the student will be required to pay the full fee
• Once a scholarship is discontinued, it will not be reinstated for the remaining duration of the program.

Scholarship Continuity:

• The type of scholarship or category cannot be changed in the future
• Students receive the same scholarship type in future years, meeting the requirements.
• If a student is found to be involved in any disciplinary action, the scholarship will be discontinued with immediate effect.

• Sports scholarship certificates dated on or after January 1, 2023, will be considered.
• To avail sports scholarships, students must undergo a trial of the related sport at Poornima University campus under the supervision of the Office of Associate Dean, Hostel, and Sports (2nd Saturday of June, July, and August).
• A student is eligible for sports scholarships only if selected in trials at Poornima University except BBA Global. Considered sports include Football, Kho-Kho, Wushu, Volleyball, Table Tennis, Karate, Basketball, Tennis, Taekwondo, Cricket, Athletics, Wrestling, Chess, Kabaddi, Weightlifting, American Football, Boxing, Shooting, Badminton, Swimming, and Archery.
• Certificates are required from recognized sports Federations/Associations/SGFI (School Games Federation of India).
• A student can avail only one scholarship at a time, and once opted, it cannot be changed or shifted in the same year or later years of the program.
• Students not eligible for the scholarship in the first year will also not be eligible in subsequent years.
