Program Overview
The BCA in Artificial Intelligence & Cyber Security at Poornima University is a dynamic undergraduate program designed to equip students with essential skills in intelligent computing and digital security. The course combines core areas of computer applications with emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, data analytics, ethical hacking, and network security. It focuses on building strong programming knowledge along with practical exposure through labs, projects, and industry-oriented training. Students learn to develop smart applications while ensuring the safety and integrity of digital systems. With a blend of theoretical understanding and hands-on experience, the program prepares graduates for careers in AI development, cyber security, data analysis, and IT services in today’s technology-driven world.

Pass in 10+2 / A Level with minimum 50% (45% for SC/ST/ Non Creamy Layer OBC/SBC/Girls) marks in aggregate from CBSE/ equivalent board

For all eligible girl candidates enrolling in the 2026-27 academic session will receive an additional 5% scholarship in first year only.

Scholarship Award and Criteria
- The scholarship is granted based on the tuition fee
- Scholarships are determined based on the aggregate marks of the best five subjects.
- If the percentage has already been calculated by the board & mentioned on the marksheet, that will be considered and there will be no opportunity to recalculate using the best five subjects
- Scholarship is granted to 2025 and 2026 (10+2) pass-out students only.
Eligibility and Restrictions
- Students with a compartment in 12th are ineligible for UG program scholarships, even with provisional admission
- Each student can receive only one scholarship at a time.
- No changes to scholarship category are allowed during the same or later years of the program
- Those who are not eligible for the scholarship in the first year will also not be eligible in the second year.
Scholarship Continuation Criteria
- Scholarship eligibility is determined based on the CGPA of the previous academic year, considering theory papers only
- If a student has any backlog in the previous year, the SES Scholarship will be permanently discontinued, and the student will be required to pay the full applicable fee for the remaining years.
- Once a scholarship is discontinued, it cannot be reinstated for the remaining duration of the program.

Applicable only to candidates who are serving or have served in the Indian Army, Indian Navy, or Indian Air Force. This scholarship is strictly applicable to Armed Forces personnel and is not applicable to civilian job profiles. Submission of valid Defence Personnel proof is mandatory to claim this scholarship. Acceptable documents include a Dependent Card, Serving Certificate, or a copy of the Discharge Book. |

| Self/ Spouse/ Children of Faculty & Staff of Poornima, JIET Group (Jodhpur) & Medipulse Hospital | 50% of Tuition Fee | This is applicable for all undergraduate, postgraduate & doctoral programs. Effective from the employee’s date of joining in Poornima Group, JIET Group, and Medipulse Hospital. If the employee quits the services, this benefit will be discontinued for the upcoming course duration |
| Self/ Spouse/ Sibling of Alumni of Poornima & JIET Group | 25% of Tuition Fee | This is applicable for all undergraduate and postgraduate & doctoral programs.To get this scholarship, valid Alumni documents such as Poornima Registration Number or marksheet must be submitted. |
| Sibling of Student of Poornima & JIET Group | 25% of Tuition Fee | This is applicable for both undergraduate and postgraduate programs. If admission is taken in the same academic year, both siblings will be eligible for this scholarship.To get this scholarship, valid Student/Alumni documents such as Poornima Registration Number or marksheet must be submitted. |

Scholarship Continuity:
- The type of scholarship or category cannot be changed in the future
- Students receive the same scholarship type in future years, meeting the requirements.
- If a student is found to be involved in any disciplinary action, the scholarship will be discontinued with immediate effect.
