Key Note
- Sports scholarship certificates dated on or after January 1, 2023, will be considered.
- To avail sports scholarships, students must undergo a trial of the related sport at Poornima University campus under the supervision of the Office of Associate Dean, Hostel, and Sports (2nd Saturday of June, July, and August).
- A student is eligible for sports scholarships only if selected in trials at Poornima University except BBA Global. Considered sports include Football, Kho-Kho, Wushu, Volleyball, Table Tennis, Karate, Basketball, Tennis, Taekwondo, Cricket, Athletics, Wrestling, Chess, Kabaddi, Weightlifting, American Football, Boxing, Shooting, Badminton, Swimming, and Archery.
- Certificates are required from recognized sports Federations/Associations/SGFI (School Games Federation of India).
- A student can avail only one scholarship at a time, and once opted, it cannot be changed or shifted in the same year or later years of the program.
- Students not eligible for the scholarship in the first year will also not be eligible in subsequent years.
