Overview

Mechanical Engineering is measured to be the most varied amongst the engineering fields, Mechanical Engineering embraces areas such as automotive systems, combustion engineering, fluid mechanics, heat transfer, control of dynamic systems, design of mechanical systems, manufacturing processes and systems, tribology, materials behavior and processing etc. In other words, Mechanical Engineers design materials, machines and other sub-systems to perform an intended function. They approximately deal with issues related to energy conversion, interfacing mechanical components with other sub-systems, interfacing man and machine, and the control of the different sub-systems.

Eligibility

ELIGIBILITY

3 year diploma in Engineering from State Board of Technical Education / Recognized University / B.Sc. with Mathematics as one of the subjects / equivalent qualification with a minimum of 50% marks (45% for ST/SC/OBC/SBC)


ADMISSION PROCEDURE

Provisional admission will be offered to the candidates on first come basis if they meet the eligibility requirements. Confirmation of admission will be on the basis of verification of original documents and deposition of First Semester course fee as mentioned in the prospectus.

FEE REFUND RULES

Refund Rules of Hostal fee, Transportation Fee and Admission fee

1 No deduction will be made if the withdraw/leaves the hostel before commencement of classes No deduction will be made if the withdraw/leaves the transport facility before commencement of classes Candidates may withdraw their admission by submitting an application form in person along with original copy of the receipt of the fee deposited to the Office of the Registrar through Head-Admission in Admin Block for which he/ she must obtain an acknowledgement.
2 If a student withdraw within 15 days after commencement of classes, the Hostel fee will be refunded after deduction of Hostel charges @ 300 Rs Per day If a student withdraw within 15 days after commencement of classes, the transport fee will be refunded after deduction of transport charges on pro rata basis The fee deposited by such a candidate shall be refunded after deducting Minimum Development Fee (25% of Course Fee) provided the candidate has submitted withdrawal application before Last Date of Admission. In such cases, the refund of fee shall be made within one calendar quarter after the final cut-off date of admission, through cheque in favor of the father’s name.

4 All Disputes areSubjected to Jaipur Jurisdiction Only All Disputes areSubjected to Jaipur Jurisdiction Only It is made clear that if a student leaves the program/ course of study in between, without completing the program for whatsoever reasons, he/ she will be liable to pay fees for the balance duration of the program as well, as per directions of Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in Islamic Academy of Education case.
5 No correspondence in respect of refund of fee against withdrawal shall be entertained until and unless it is in reference to the acknowledgement no. and date given by the Assistant Registrar at the time of receipt of the withdrawal application along with original receipt of the fee deposited. If a student who has enrolled in hostel or availed transport facility withdraws for the same, the rules for refund of the fees deposited shall be as given in table below.
6 These rules are only for first year students and No Refund in case student leaves after 1st year.
